Cookie Policy
Last updated:
This page explains how LearnTrading uses cookies and similar storage technologies on this website. We use a small set of cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand which lessons are most useful — nothing more. You can review your choices and change them at any time using the preferences form further down this page.
How we use cookies
We group the cookies on this site into four categories: necessary, preference, analytics, and marketing. Necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot function without them. The other three categories are optional and only run when you opt in through the preferences form on this page.
Third parties
When you use certain features, you may interact with third-party services that set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. The most relevant ones for this site are listed below. We recommend reviewing each provider's policy if you want to understand what they do with your data on their domains.
- StripePrivacy policy
Card payments. Stripe Checkout is hosted on Stripe-owned domains and sets its own session and fraud-prevention cookies during checkout.
- NowPaymentsPrivacy policy
Crypto payments. NowPayments hosted checkout pages set their own cookies while you complete a payment on their domain.
- SupabasePrivacy policy
Authentication and session management. Supabase issues secure session cookies that are required to keep you signed in.
- VercelPrivacy policy
Hosting and aggregate page-view analytics (only active when you opt in to the Analytics category).
How long cookies last
Most optional cookies on this site expire 13 months after your last visit, in line with CNIL guidance, after which we will ask for your consent again. Necessary cookies are shorter-lived and tied to your session. The retention period for each category is listed alongside its description above.
How to manage your cookies
You can change your choices in three ways: (1) use the preferences form on this page to opt in or out of each optional category, (2) configure your browser to block or delete cookies through its settings, or (3) clear site data for learntrading.com from your browser. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and it takes effect on your next page load.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over the personal data we process through cookies. These include the right to access the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and California have substantially similar rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, UAE PDPL, and CCPA respectively.
To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@learntrading.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our cookie usage changes or when regulations evolve. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. If a change is material — for example, adding a new category of cookies — we will ask for your consent again before the new cookies run.
Contact us
If you have questions about this policy or our use of cookies, write to us at privacy@learntrading.com. For postal correspondence, please use the registered company address listed in our Terms of Service.
